Membership Subscriptions

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Refunds

Membership payments are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, we do not provide full or partial refunds for:

• Unused membership time

• Partial billing periods

• Failure to use the membership

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with content or community participation after access has been provided

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, charged multiple times, or experienced another billing issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and correct any verified billing errors.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unusual situations may arise. Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances may be considered at our sole discretion. Approval of one refund request does not establish a precedent for future requests.
