The Ten Principles

The Tenets of the Community of the Cosmic Divine

1. The Cosmos Created All Life

Life is not the product of deliberate design, but of the vast and beautiful forces of the universe. The meaning of life is life itself — a miracle born from the same cosmic energy that shaped the stars.

2. The Cosmos Is Impartial and Infinite

The universe is not a being that listens or intervenes. It is an all-powerful but impersonal force, governed by laws we are only beginning to understand. Our task is not to pray for favor, but to seek understanding.

3. Humanity Is One

Beyond borders, beliefs, and appearances, we are one human family sharing one planet and one fate. Recognizing our oneness brings compassion, cooperation, and the strength to face our shared challenges.

4. Humanity Is Its Own Master

The cosmos does not choose our destiny — we do. Knowing that the universe is indifferent to our fate frees us to take responsibility for our choices, to act with humility, and to build a just world ourselves.

5. Morality Preserves Life

Morality is not divine decree but a human creation rooted in our need to survive and thrive together. To act morally is to minimize harm and nurture life — the only true measure of goodness.

6. The Human Body Is Sacred

Our bodies are not shameful or flawed; they are the living expression of cosmic creation. To care for our bodies — through health, respect, and acceptance — is an act of reverence for life itself.

7. Earth Is Sacred

Earth is our cradle and our home, a living system that sustains all we are. To protect it is not charity but survival — an acknowledgment that in harming Earth, we harm ourselves.

8. The Righteous Are Peacemakers and Healers

To live rightly is to prevent and relieve suffering — in ourselves, in others, and in all living beings. Peace and compassion are the highest expressions of wisdom.

9. Science Is Salvation

Through science — in all its forms — we uncover the truths of the cosmos and of ourselves. Knowledge is not the enemy of wonder but its greatest companion, guiding humanity toward understanding and survival.

10. Harmony on Earth

When humanity lives by these principles — reason, empathy, and respect for life — we can create a just and sustainable world. Universal Harmony is not a dream beyond reach; it is a direction we choose, together.
